| To mail an order, please print out the order form and mail it with your payment. Be sure to include your email address so I can let you know when your order arrives, as well as when it ships.

*Shipping Information*
All orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail. The shipping for 1 pillow is $4.05, for 2 pillows is $5.00, for 3 pillows is $6.00 with $1.00 for each additional pillow.
Shipping for bowl fillers and candle mats is $4.05 for up to 4 items with $0.50 added for each item.
Insurance is not included but can be added to your order at your request. Just let me know!

Crow Hollow Mercantile gladly accepts your payment almost any way you want to make it! Paypal is the preferred method, but we will accept checks or money orders. Paypal orders will be shipped within the next 2 days, and orders by check will be shipped as soon as the check clears.

Crow Hollow Mercantile cannot accept returns, but I will do all that I can to make sure you are happy and satisfied with your handmade treasure. Please let me know if there is a problem with any product you purchase and I will work to fix that problem.
